Macclesfield Repair Café is a community space where people can drop in with their broken items and learn how to fix these with the help of dedicated repairers. We give almost anything a go, from bicycles, clothing, electronics, mechanical devices to wood work. If you are not sure if we can help you, just drop us an email at repaircafe.macc@gmail.com.
The idea is to promote using and saving pre-existing items rather than buying new ones, all the while learning new skills, meeting new people and helping the environment.
People are also welcome just to come by for a cup of coffee or home made cake.
We are located at the Senior Citizens Hall the second Saturday of every month, from 10am-2pm.
