About the Shop
Scoop and Scales is an environmental cooperative that opened a refill shop in Macclesfield in October 2020. As we grow, we hope that this space will be a hub for environmental activity in the town. We welcome everyone to our shop.
Members
Become a member of Scoop and Scales! With over 600 members, our cooperative gives you a vote in key decisions and a 5% discount on most items in the shop. We’re an open and inclusive community, and we value the diverse perspectives of all our members.
The Team
Our dedicated team includes a volunteer committee of directors who manage our operations, a great group of shop managers, a bookkeeper, a financial controller, and a cleaner. We’re also supported by a wonderful team of volunteers.
