Our speaker this month is Ian Ray from Elov and Elov Community. Elov is a community-based project focussing on bike use in the local area. Run by Ian Ray and Russ Hope, their offering is three-fold: they move goods by bike; they repair and sell pre-loved bikes; and they promote the use of bikes.
